Support Group: This is are self-help support groups for PTSD vets and injury victims, for example. The opportunity is typically provided for anyone to share their grief with others who respect confidences and understand what grief is like after the suicide or loss of a loved one.

So much pain and hurt go unheeded during grief because we don’t want to bother anyone else with our problems, Some relatives and friends will not be able to handle your grief. Find someone with whom to talk. Seek out an understandingfriend, survivor, or support group member.|
